It was another busy Wedding Season but I am back and I am setting an intention to write and post to my blog a little more often during Fall and Winter.

When planning a wedding, it is helpful to have some visuals of what they like to guide the process. It is equally as valuable to me to know what the couple doesn’t like, so if you haven’t found a style that you love but you have seen things you don’t like, or can’t stand, bring that information to me.

Bridal Magazines and Pinterest are both excellent resources for inspiration. If you are seeing it in a big magazine or on Pinterest, your friends have seen it too. Don’t copycat! My job as a wedding stylist is to use the inspiration that you find and to create a style that is truly unique to you. A few of my favourite online resources for weddings inspiration are:

https://www.weddingchicks.com/

In addition to the really large mainstream websites, blogs (like mine) can be helpful for finding more bespoke ideas and inspiration. Search for bloggers in your area or the area where you are planning your wedding to find relevant information and ideas.
