This package is for the couple that is on top of planning their wedding but would like all of the details taken care of day-of so that they can sit back and enjoy their wedding day.  Month-of/Day-of Co-ordination may include but is not limited to:

Before the Rehearsal

  • Two consultation meetings prior to address any questions and concerns
  • One details meeting prior to wedding day to review all wedding plans
  • Attendance at final meeting with venue to confirm all reception details
  • Develop detailed day-of timelines, preparation, and management of schedules
  • Vendor confirmations and contract reviews with all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding
  • Day Before
  • Ceremony rehearsal co-ordination and attendance
  • Wedding Day
  • Point of contact for all vendors throughout the day
  • Providing assistance to wedding party and guests
  • Assist with the transition from ceremony to reception
  • Reception co-ordination oversee events including cocktails, dinner, cake cutting, first dances, bouquet/garter toss, entertainers, speeches
  • Full onsite coordination of wedding day of one hour before the ceremony until the late-night snack
