This package is for couples that would like a professional to make their vision a reality. It takes on average 250 hours to plan a wedding from engagement to the cutting of the cake. Full Wedding Planning will take the stress off of your shoulders and free up a lot of time. Full Wedding Co-ordination may include but is not limited to:

Months and Weeks Prior to Wedding

  • Initial in-person consultation
  • Building of a budget
  • Construction of a customized month-by-month calendar
  • Access by phone or email throughout each planning stage
  • Maintenance of a working budget
  • Vendor referrals based budget
  • Vendor negotiations
  • Arranging all vendor appointments
  • Ceremony and reception site visits and bookings
  • Assistance with guest list and seating
  • Event theme design and development
  • Decor and design recommendations
  • Final venue vendor meeting
  • Confirmation of wedding vendors 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding and contract reviews

Day Before

  • Wedding rehearsal attendance and co-ordination
  • Ceremony coordination and processional line up, transition from ceremony to reception etc
  • Reception coordination

Wedding Day

  • Point of contact for all vendors throughout the day
  • Providing assistance to wedding party and guests
  • Assist with the transition from ceremony to reception
  • Reception co-ordination oversee events including cocktails, dinner, cake cutting, first dances, bouquet/garter toss, entertainers, speeches
  • Full onsite coordination of wedding day of one hour before the ceremony until the late-night snack
